Keep It Cut is a locally owned men’s hair shop with a fresh concept, Unlimited Haircut Memberships. We pride ourselves in having a friendly personality, and quality haircuts, and showcase a modern urban industrial decor (concrete floor, exposed ceiling, natural woods), with jazzy indie hip hop music in the background.

Responsibilities:

Act as a role model and provide leadership to the team.
Build a strong staff team.
Ensure client experience is exceptional from start to finish.
Manage daily tasks and oversee shop operations.

Requirements:

Ability to do a “Skin Fade.” In 25 minutes or less
Ability to complete Standard men’s haircut in 20 minutes or less.
Valid Arizona Cosmetology or Barber License.

Benefits:

$24.00 an hour base pay (Our Managers make $34-$42/hr with tips included)
